I have driven a Pajero for years, where it is passed over from my parents to my brothers and sister and finally to me.
Anyway, about the Myvi SE1.5, I know it is not that perfect car, but I think some of you guys must understand the feeling when you see a car and you simply love it. Well, I did do some research, and I do comparison, but when discussing with my colleagues, I found all cars have their design flaws, either mechanically or visually.(well, you guys still see ugly cars on the road, as well as poor safety or poor performance etc)
But what I like about this myvi is the similarity driving feel with my old pajero. Quite responsive throttle, the brakes, and the precise clutch.
The exterior design. Well, its one of the car that I can live without the need to do major exterior modification. But I just hate the area in the front and rear bumper where it supposed to be ventilation for brake system but they kinda sealed it. Another thing is the front bumper carbon fibre wannalookalike thingy, where I think they could do better.
Performance? well, hard to say. I got it in manual transmission. Bad cornering, good acceleration, and most importantly is the rubbish braking -somehow I still didn't trust the ABS, because it only helpful when its near stopping position, so in between that its just a roller coaster. Hard suspension setup but it suite the purpose.
Safety? well its in God's hand...
Its neither big, nor small, it just the right size. Fuel saving, but deliver the power when you need it. You don't really pay that much monthly installment (I don't want to be the guy that have the expensive car but cannot buy you lunch). All the others are just a satisfaction to me.
